I just finished watching “Pass it On” which is an inspirational movie with a lot of the “success greats” that shares insight and wisdom in how to grow in your success, wealth and happiness.

When I started watching it I was just hoping that it wouldn’t be another: “Set goals and plan” dvd because i’ve seen a few of those.

I really liked the way the dvd was laid out and the value of the content and insight that it provided.

The dvd covers 4 areas of your life and it breaks it down into a simple acronym which is WISH.

wish stands for…

W – Wealth
I – Inspiration
S – Success
H – Happiness

Throughout the dvd these 4 areas are broken down into smaller parts where people like Les Brown, Brian Tracy and Debbie Allen coach you and give you wisdom that will help you become more successful and grow in those areas.

I love that it broke it down into those 4 areas because i feel that those 4 areas are important for your overall success and well-being.

Wealth and business building, Inspiration is what inspires you to create your vision and becoming successful in it and being eternally happy! I loved it!

The movie was packed with so many great questions, quotes and snippets that make you think about certain things in ways that you have probably never thought about them before.

I love to see things from new angles and absorb different types of successful people in different areas because you can learn something different from each of them and I think that this movie did that wonderfully!

Another cool thing from the movie is this equation:

P + T * A² = Success

P = Passion

T = Talent

A = Action

A² = Association

Last year I made a video that said “Passion + Work = success” which is similar to this but this is more beneficial if you implement it.

By taking what you are passionate about and mixing it with your talent you have effectively found out what it is you will enjoy the most and be best at.

Your passion added to your talent is what you will be best at and enjoy most.

So for me I love Marketing and building businesses.  My talent is in connecting and building relationships with people.

So what do you think I would be great at?

Networking, business building and educating which is exactly what i’m doing and I love it!

Once you have what your passion and talent is written down put them together and figure out what you really want to do with both your passion and talent.

Next you take action on it.

Just DO IT as art williams says.

After you take action your association changes and it allows you to grow as a person and so many more opportunities to excel in your passion and talent to open up to you.

I loved this movie and really got a lot out of it.

So many great people were in it like Brian tracy, Les brown, Debbie Allen, John assaraf, Denis waitley, David Dean, Mark Victor Hansen, Bill Walsh, Stephanie Frank, Bill Bartmann, Greg Reid and many more!

One of the things that I loved most about this movie was the questions and viewpoints that some of them portrayed.

The quality of the answers in your life is determined by the quality of your questions.

Pick it up if you want to be inspired, uplifted and reminded of what it takes to be successful!

In 2010

It’s not about what happens to you, it’s how you react to it.

Whether you think you can or you can’t you’re right.

Every failure brings with it the seed of an equivalent success.

In 2010 Change is gonna come, whether the change is good or bad is up to you.

To think just a year ago I quit my job and never really did anything online is amazing to me, I came far in a year.  You can too.

In 2010 I want you to follow these 3 steps and be relentless. These 3 steps are what determine where you go and how fast you get there and The more you stick to them and focus on them the better off you are.

1. Vision

- Where there is no vision the people perish.  If you don’t know where you are going you cannot go anywhere.  Don’t blindly stumble into 2010 like you have into other new years in the past.  Choose what you want to accomplish this year and make a commitment sheet.

- Write down your commitments that you will accomplish this year and put a date next to each one.  Say you have 6 business projects you want to accomplish that take 2 months each.  Give the first one until March 1, the second one till May 1 and so on and so forth.

- By giving yourself a time period and something to do and writing it down you give yourself a task that you have to complete.

- Keep a vision in your minds eye for every single thing that you want to do in 2010 and make sure they are all written down.

- You need a vision and YOU need to follow that vision.

2. Commit to it! CANI and FAFT

- Commit to completing it.  Don’t set “goals or resolutions” YOU are not the 99%er.  You are a 1%er.  Commit to it and your mind won’t let you stray away from completing it because it has no choice.

- CANI – Focus on Constant and Never ending improvement.  Kaizen aka: Cani should always be part of who you are.  If you are improving and working at getting better you are growing instead of dying.  You are either growing or dying so focus on improving on yourself and you will get better.

- FAFT – Focus – Action – Follow – Through until completion.  Focus on your target outcome, take action then follow through until completion on EVERY SINGLE THING YOU DO.

- Focus on improving yourself and forget those around you.  Forget the naysayers and forget the people way ahead of you making millions.  They don’t matter.  None of them do.  Who cares if _________ is making 2.5 Million dollars a year.  By watching them and trying to be like them you only hurt your true authentic self.  Be yourself and focus on improving you and only you.

- You GOT to commit! You got to improve on YOURself, You got to focus, take action and follow through.

3. DO IT

- Do it.

- DO it.

- DO IT!

- Do what? Just do it! and ya do it and ya do it and ya do it and ya do it!

I decided to be a Leader.
January 22 in 2009 was the day that will forever change my life.

I was absolutely sick of the Day Job I was at and I knew that I could absolutely crush it in my online business!

I decided to quit my job that day and i have never looked back since.

It was one of those days where you remember everything… every little detail.

I remember how i felt the whole day… and how i felt after i decided I was going to quit my job.

I knew it was a risk… But Everything is a risk in life if you really think about it!

I have found that the number of risks that you take directly relates to the amount of success that you have.

Let me say that again…

“The Number of risks that you take directly relates to the amount of success that you have”

That day… January 22 I Made 2 of the biggest decisions that i will ever make in my life.

The first decision was that I was going to step up to the plate and be the leader that I was before and take it 100% serious.

The second decision was to quit my job and walk away and depend solely on my performance to pay my bills.

Those 2 decisions changed my life.

They will continue to change my life.

What have I learned since then?

If put under pressure I will rise to the challenge and that I also can be a Leader instead of a follower.

It takes Following and leadership qualities to be the best Leader that you can be, But in the eye of everyone else you are either a leader or a follower and you most definitely want to be seen as a Leader.

Today I can only ask you two questions…

Are you a follower or Leader?

Are you taking Risks as often as you can to grow your business?
