Leadership isn’t being the first, leadership doesn’t mean the one who “starts it all” always.
Leadership means taking control of your life and choices and doing what’s best for you.
The reason so many people joined this dancing dude was because they saw he was having fun, he was having funner than they were. They wanted in on that fun too!
Deciding to dance just because it’s fun.
Deciding to take control of your life because it’s empowering and feels great.
Leadership is taking control of YOUR life. It’s being free, in the moment and always moving forward.
Everyone could have sat on that hill and listened to the music like everyone else for the rest of the time and followed the crowd but once they saw how much funner it was to dance and they were open enough to dance they didn’t have much of a choice in their mind.
Once you see someone doing something you believe you can do and you believe is better for you it’s a choice to step up to the plate and do it too.
Life is about CANI, Constant and never ending improvement.
