Today I have an interesting post for you… You probably have never heard this before! But before you jump around and skip over this post let me explain.

Juggling is something that I started learning about 3 years ago because I wanted to “master a new skill” and “improve my hand eye coordination” for basketball.

I just started learning as sort of a hobby, something that would be fun and cool to learn.

Little did I know it would help with more than my hand-eye coordination.

Personally I have gotten a lot of benefits from juggling, here are just a few…

Creativity – I have seen a huge increase in my creativity and my ability to find multiple solutions to single challenges. I think that a lot of the brilliant business, marketing and innovative ideas and concepts that I come up with are better because of juggling. I actually started trying to learn new juggling tricks and to “improve my game” right around the time that I developed the Traffic On Demand TOD (http://trafficod.com) system and that has been a huge traffic source for me and only get’s better to this day.

Smarter – I have improved and increased my memory capacity. It’s proven that juggling opens new neuro-pathways in the brain and allows you to hold/store more and use it more effectively. Simply put, juggling make’s you smarter.

Stress Release and a break! – Juggling is a great way to relieve stress and take a break from work to clear your mind. This is something that allows me to step away from the computer which is a form of stress on your body. Electronics do that when you are around them too much, so it’s good to step away… take a break and juggle!
